IDMLC: We want your input!

We’re thrilled to kick off planning for the 2025 IDMLC and want your input to help make it even better! If you attended this year’s event on the Intrepid, or If you are a DMLA member and haven’t already done so, please take a moment to complete the 2024 survey HERE. Please do so even if you did not attend.

Your feedback is invaluable. We would also love to hear your suggestions for next year’s event, including location suggestions. And, if you would like to be on the committee or be considered for a panel, please reach out to marketing@dmla.org.

Copyright Agent and Visual Rights Group Announce Merger to Create a Global Leader in Copyright Protection, Content Management, and Data Insights

Copenhagen/Brussels, December 2024

Copyright Agent and Visual Rights Group (VRG), two leaders in the field of copyright protection, content management, and data insights, are merging to form a unified group poised to lead globally in this space. This strategic merger doubles the workforce and expands the combined company’s geographic footprint with oJices in Denmark, Belgium, the UK, and the USA.

The merger marks a major milestone, creating the largest player in the Nordics and Benelux regions and establishing a global presence. We will continue to operate under the names Copyright Agent and Visual Rights Group until the merger is finalized. When referring to the group as a whole, we will use the name Copyright Agent/VRG while we work toward establishing a unified brand identity.

2025 Dues & Membership Update

Members on a annual plan are currently being invoiced for 2025 dues. This includes most members who joined prior to 2024. If you are on a monthly payment plan, you will continue to be charged monthly. All Members must now be on the new membership system. Callie Pines has been reaching out to those companies who have not yet created their online accounts to assist with the transition.

Dues for General Members and Non-profit Members are determined by revenues. Therefore, if your organization is a General or Non-profit Member and your revenues have significantly changed in the past year, please notify membership@dmla.org
