plainpicture is looking for Sales Executive / NY

plainpicture established itself in the creative industry as a photography agency with a strong focus on unusual, unexpected and new photography. With teams in Paris, New York and London we have developed beyond our Hamburg origins.Moving forward, we are now looking for support in our New York office. We are searching for a new sales team member with excellent communication for our customers in advertising, editorial and book publishing. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing self starter with 1-2 years sales experience in a media/photography related field.Perfect client service skills are required. A background in the photography industry is beneficial.The position includes responsibility for developing existing client relationships and seizing new business opportunities.Expected requirements:

• Maintain and develop existing client base
• Seek new business opportunities
• License and negotiate image use
• Meet sales targets and deadlines
• Complete client research requests and deliver images
• Attend clients visits / trade shows
• Have good written, telephone and negotiation skills
• Work well individually and as part of a team
