National Geographic Creative has the following new job opportunities:Commercials Sales Executive: More info here The Commercial Sales Executive for National Geographic Partners is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies designed to introduce and retain client accounts in the commercial stock and assignment market sector in order to achieve annual sales quota. This position will maintain a working knowledge of current photo and video market trends in the commercial industry. They will target specific clients and develop targeted marketing collateral such as portfolios, brochures, etc. They will also prepare and deliver presentations, plan marketing events, select talent, prepare estimates for creative work and production expenses for photo and video shoots, negotiate rates and oversee assignments from inception to close including hiring and managing producers and budgets. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.Manager, Distribution: More info hereThe Distribution Manager for National Geographic Partners will handle interactions (shipments, payments, reports, requests) from third-party partners. This position will report to and assist the VP of Operations with system maintenance and management, and special projects.Image/Video Archivist: More info hereThe Image/Video Archivist for National Geographic Partners (NGP) will organize all published visual materials from NGP publications, along with relevant legal documents and load them into the asset management system. This position will determine and document baseline metadata to make materials discoverable and reusable. This position reports to the Archive Manager.Photo/Video Researcher: More info hereThe Photo/Video Researcher will creatively research visuals for National Geographic Partners and 3rd party clients for editorial, commercial, product and advertising uses. This position will create initial edits for large scale NGP publications. They will liaise with National Geographic Creative editing staff to assure editors are aware of client research needs when making selections for additions to the archive.
