Josiane Faubert is the CEO of Picha Stock. PICHA is a stock photo provider created with the purpose of changing the widely accepted, one-dimensional narratives of Afrocentric communities by providing users a platform to access adequate visual representation. For more information, go HERE.
Josiane has been an active and valuable member of the DMLA Board for several years. She has been on the Executive Board as an at-large member, and prior to that was the Marketing Committee Chairwoman. While Marketing Chair, she helped to revamp our marketing communications, including helping to build our social media program.
DMLA is a volunteer run organization. It is because of members like Josiane, who are willing to step up and commit time to the organization that we are able to impact the industry through education, advocacy and connectivity.
